Job summary

Stand Together seeks a Senior Learning Manager, Digital Learning & Content, to lead design, development, and deployment of scalable digital and virtual learning across our platforms. You will craft online courses, live-virtual experiences, and practical resources within Paradigm, collaborating with SMEs to ensure learners can apply concepts in real-world contexts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, learning and development, digital learning, curriculum development, or related fields.
• Experience working with and/or designing learning opportunities for nonprofit leaders and staff.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and demonstrated ability to apply it in practice.
• Significant experience designing and developing asynchronous online courses and digital learning experiences.
• Experience designing and facilitating engaging virtual learning experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex concepts into clear, compelling, and practical learning content.
• Experience creating a range of learning products, including courses, resources, guides, toolkits, and other digital assets.
• Familiarity working within an LMS or digital learning platform, as well as with tools and technology that enhance virtual learning.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to move multiple learning products from concept through delivery.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative learner inputs to evaluate and improve learning experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong judgment, initiative, curiosity, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for empowering social entrepreneurs and helping people realize their potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of high-quality learning experiences across digital, virtual, and blended formats.
• Apply adult learning principles to translate learning objectives into engaging, application-oriented experiences.
• Design and develop asynchronous online courses, facilitated virtual learning experiences, and other digital learning products.
• Guide internal stakeholders and subject matter experts through the instructional design process, clarifying audience needs and outcomes.
• Facilitate virtual learning experiences and continually improve online engagement and learning.
• Supervise, coach, and/or mentor learning designers, facilitators, coordinators, or creative contributors.
