Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across the Power Transformers organization. You will partner with leadership to shape strategy and improve productivity, quality, and throughput across sites.

This role requires strong change leadership, certification in Lean Six Sigma, and a track record of large-scale transformation. Up to 50% travel and a focus on sustainable operations will be key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years in operational excellence or related areas.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the Power Transformers organization.
• Partner with leadership to establish objectives, metrics, and improvement roadmaps.
• Drive waste elimination, standardization, and quality enhancements.
• Facilitate strategy deployment, KPI management, and structured problem solving.
• Coach and develop teams in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and RCA.
