Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a senior leader to drive continuous improvement across five manufacturing sites. You will lead Lean initiatives, coach teams in 6S and Kaizen, and align improvement projects with safety, quality, and productivity goals.

You will develop leaders, showcase data-driven decision making, and sustain a culture of operational excellence aligned with the MasterBrand Way.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to articulate a vision.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in Lean 80/20 principles or related plan execution.
• Background with asset management and TPM is preferred.
• Mentor and develop others; team-oriented with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Leads continuous improvement strategy for 5 manufacturing locations and support functions.
• Champions MasterBrand Way culture and Lean tools adoption across operations.
• Analyzes processes, drives measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Mentors leaders in 6S, Kaizen events, standard work and value stream mapping.
• Documents best practices and ensures sustainable, repeatable results.
