Medica, a nonprofit health plan serving communities in Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Missouri, and beyond, is seeking a Sr. Consultant, Lean Six Sigma.

You will partner with leaders to redesign end-to-end processes, drive measurable improvements, and advance operational excellence for members and employees. You'll lead cross-functional improvement initiatives from problem identification through implementation, facilitate Kaizen events, and coach teams to sustain results.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of related work experience in continuous improvement, BPM, operational excellence, health plan operations, or a related field.
• Advanced experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives from problem identification through implementation.
• Experience implementing process improvements that deliver measurable outcomes within Health plan or payer operations.

Mansioni

• Lead cross-functional business process improvement initiatives from discovery and analysis through design, implementation, and sustainment.
• Partner with leaders, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, and the member and employee experience.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and BPM methodologies to identify root causes, reduce waste and variation, and design improved future-state processes.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships, support organizational change, and coach teams and leaders to adopt and sustain continuous improvement practices.
• Facilitate or assist in Kaizen events and structured problem-solving sessions, using data and insights to help develop recommendations and measure results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
