Consultant, Lean Six Sigma to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives, redesign end-to-end workflows, and drive measurable performance gains for members and employees. You will partner with leaders, vendors, and teams to identify opportunities, apply BPM and Lean Six Sigma, and coach organizations through change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in continuous improvement, BPM, or related field.
• Advanced experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience delivering measurable process improvements in health plan or payer operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional business process improvement initiatives from discovery through sustainment.
• Partner with leaders, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency and experience.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and BPM to identify root causes, reduce waste, and design future-state processes.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and coach teams to sustain improvements.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and structured problem-solving sessions with data-driven recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
