Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Digital Print Manager – Tier 1 to oversee production and distribution of orders from FedEx Office centers and other channels. You will coordinate facility management, supervise team members, and manage business financials to meet objectives.

The role requires leadership in a high-volume environment, ensuring safety and SOP adherence, and delivering a positive customer experience across the retail network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of leading a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, direct and supervise.
• Excellent communication with customers, vendors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of team members in manufacturing plant.
• Hiring of team members and monitoring new hire orientation procedures.
• Training and evaluating performance; conducting reviews and wage recommendations.
• Disciplinary procedures as necessary.
• Ensure SOP compliance and audits.
• Maintain positive customer experience with retail partners.
