Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of leading a high-volume manufacturing environment and supervisory experience.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of team members in manufacturing plant and hiring/orientation.
• Train and evaluate performance, conduct reviews, and manage wage promotions.
• Ensure SOP compliance and safe, efficient operations while maintaining quality.
