Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Digital Print Manager – Tier 1 to oversee production and distribution, supervise the team, and manage costs to meet business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication with partners, and adherence to SOPs while driving continuous improvement.

Travel may be required; BS degree or equivalent with 3+ years in high-volume manufacturing and 2+ years supervisory experience is expected. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading a high-volume manufacturing environment; 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, direct and supervise.
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of team members in manufacturing plant and related hiring/orientation.
• Train and evaluate performance; conduct appraisals and wage/promotion recommendations.
• Enforce SOPs, audits, and safety standards; ensure positive customer experience.
• Plan, organize and direct manufacturing and maintenance operations for ROA.
• Manage costs by optimizing labor, equipment, facilities, and materials.
• Meet production schedules and drive cost reductions through lean methods.
