Job summary

Leprino in Denver seeks a Senior Learning & Development Program Lead to design and deliver leadership development for frontline leaders across the manufacturing network. The role blends instructional design, program facilitation, and regular travel to our facilities to build confident leaders and support employee growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Five years of experience in learning and development or related area.
• Three years designing and facilitating instructor-led training.
• Experience creating blended learning, eLearning content, and materials.
• Willingness to travel roughly 50% to U.S. manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, facilitate, and improve leadership development programs for frontline leaders.
• Travel regularly to U.S. manufacturing facilities to deliver learning programs.
• Coordinate schedules with HR partners, plant leadership, and operations.
• Create instructor-led training, blended learning, eLearning modules, and job aids.
• Assess sessions, gather feedback, and refine programs for impact.
• Build leadership development pathways to strengthen internal leadership.
• Maintain consistent curriculum across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Present engaging learning experiences and enable practical on-the-job application.
