Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Specialist to drive enterprise frontline leadership programs, partnering with Talent Development, HR, regional stakeholders, and vendors to ensure scalable, measurable outcomes. You will lead end-to-end delivery, design engaging learning experiences, and align governance with business priorities in a global context.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in leadership development or related field.
9+ years of leadership development experience
3+ years of program management with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Experience facilitating virtual and in-person learning
Experience across functions, regions, cultures, and time zones in a matrixed org.
Strong written/ verbal communication and relationship-building
Ability to use program data to drive improvements and communicate impact
Experience with skills-based learning architecture and AI-enabled tools

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of frontline leadership development programs, including plans, timelines, communications, participant experience, logistics and vendor coordination.
Coordinate regional train-the-trainer sessions and maintain consistent standards while adapting to local needs.
Create governance, operating rhythms, stakeholder updates and escalation paths to keep programs on track.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to meet scope, quality, timing, and learner experience expectations.
Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person workshops, discussions, debriefs, assessments, and practice activities for leaders at multiple levels.
Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages reflection, participation, peer learning, and application to real business challenges.
Adjust facilitation approaches based on audience needs and delivery format.
Support facilitator readiness through train-the-trainer sessions and feedback.
Build trusted relationships with business leaders, HR partners, program sponsors, regional stakeholders and vendors.
Gather regional needs and translate insights into practical program and delivery recommendations.
Balance enterprise consistency with regional relevance for scalability across a global org.
Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
Use data and feedback to improve content, delivery, operations, and learner experience.
