Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing, based in Reading, PA, seeks a Senior Learning and Development Consultant to design, facilitate and evaluate leadership development initiatives across the enterprise. The role emphasizes frontline leadership growth and may support other learning programs as needed.

The ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation, instructional design, and evaluation experience, with the ability to collaborate with HR partners and leaders. Travel and campus presence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, I/O psychology or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years leading development programs and facilitating sessions (virtual and in-person).
• 3+ years instructional design experience (virtual and in-person).
• Proficient with Zoom, Office 365, Adobe Suite, Articulate 360 and LMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, facilitate and evaluate leadership programs (asynchronous, virtual, in-person).
• Apply master facilitation techniques to meet participants where they are.
• Manage program logistics and administration tasks.
• Collaborate with business partners and SMEs across the enterprise.
• Conduct needs assessments using instructional design frameworks.
