Job summary

GEICO in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Sr. Manager for Workday HCM Integrations and Security to lead a high-impact team and shape our Workday foundation across core HR systems, data, integrations, and security.

You will partner with People Group and enterprise technology leaders to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that improve the associate experience and align technology with business goals. A proven track record in Workday security and integrations is essential.

Qualifications

10+ years in HR technology or related leadership
5+ years leading Workday reporting, integrations, security, or Extend apps
Deep expertise in Workday security architecture and access management
Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, middleware
Ability to translate strategy into execution

Responsibilities

Lead Workday integrations, security, and data capabilities from strategy through delivery
Establish integration standards and governance
Own Workday security strategy, access governance, and risk remediation
Modernize platform capabilities through automation
Partner with senior leaders to align priorities with goals
Translate complex topics into roadmaps and execution plans
Define metrics for service quality, security effectiveness, delivery health
