Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Sr. Manager, Workday HCM Integrations and Security to shape the Workday base across core HCM, data, integrations, and security.

You will lead a team, partner with People Group and technology leaders, and deliver secure, scalable solutions that improve associate experience and enterprise operations. The ideal candidate blends deep Workday knowledge with strong leadership, judgment, and the ability to translate business priorities into a clear technology strategy.

Qualifications

Experience in HR technology, enterprise apps, or leadership roles with cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to set strategy and coach technical talent with business partnership.
Deep Workday security architecture and access management knowledge.
Proven Workday integrations experience (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs).
Experience scaling Workday Extend apps or AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead Workday integrations, security, and data capabilities from strategy through delivery and support.
Establish integration standards and governance aligned with enterprise strategy.
Own Workday security strategy, access governance, and risk remediation.
Modernize platform capabilities through automation and emerging tech.
Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps and execution plans.
