Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IS/Business/HR.
4+ years of hands-on Workday Talent Management configuration experience.
Experience configuring Talent Reviews, Talent Pools, Calibration, Career Hub, Internal Mobility, Talent Optimization.
Experience integrating Skills functionality into Workday Talent processes.
Experience leading annual talent cycles and standalone projects.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Talent Management functionality.
Gather requirements and translate into scalable Workday solutions.
Support Talent Management processes (Talent Reviews, Talent Pools, Calibration, Career Hub, Internal Mobility, Talent Optimization).
Integrate Workday Skills into talent workflows.
Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Provide technical leadership and drive process improvements.
Develop technical roadmaps to increase delivery speed and engineering capabilities.
Ensure high standards for application quality, performance, scalability, and usability.
Mentor engineers and promote best practices.
Adhere to policies and maintain secure, compliant solutions.
