Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior Engineer, Workday Talent Management, to support and enhance talent management within the Workday HCM platform. You will collaborate with People Group, Workday engineers, and business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and implement Talent Management solutions that drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on Workday Talent Management configuration experience and strong skills in talent reviews, pools, calibration, and internal mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday Talent Management configuration experience.
• Experience configuring Talent Reviews, Talent Pools, Calibration Events, Career Hub, Internal Mobility, Talent Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Talent Management functionality.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
