Job summary

Ecovyst, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to lead integrated strategies for attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent in alignment with business goals.

The role oversees recruitment and manages performance, development planning, calibrations, and future-focused talent strategies across the organization. A strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and stakeholder partnership will drive scalable programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required; advanced HR credentials are a plus.
• 15+ years progressive HR experience including talent acquisition and talent management.
• 10+ years of people management with leadership of recruiters or HR teams.
• Strong track record in recruitment strategy, workforce analytics and KPI use.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition team to ensure high-quality candidate experiences.
• Design enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with planning needs.
• Develop internal sourcing, referrals, and direct sourcing approaches.
• Establish quarterly KPIs and dashboards to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Forecast talent needs with business leaders and mitigate hiring risks.
• Advance structured interview guides and competency-based selection frameworks.
• Deliver organization-wide interviewing training and recruiting process alignment.
• Advise leadership on talent market trends and recruiting challenges.
• Oversee enterprise talent management including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with leaders to align goals with development and performance outcomes.
