Qualifications

Experience with enterprise talent management processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the talent acquisition team and ensure high-quality candidate experience.
Design and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with workforce planning.
Develop sourcing strategies prioritizing internal pipelines and referrals.
Establish recruitment KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven improvements.
Forecast talent needs with business leaders and plan for hard-to-fill roles.
Lead talent management processes including goal setting and performance reviews.
Partner with leadership to align goals with business priorities and growth.
Provide strategic advisory on talent market trends and recruiting challenges.
