Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in HR, talent acquisition, or learning & development.
• Experience leading recruiting and talent programs.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical talent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise talent strategy and programs to attract, onboard, develop, engage, and retain talent.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including leadership positions.
• Partner with VP of HR and business leaders to forecast talent needs and build pipelines.
• Develop scalable learning, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
• Measure recruiting effectiveness and drive improvements across Talent Management.
