Job summary

Eagle Creek Renewable Energy is seeking a Talent & Workforce Planning Manager to lead talent acquisition and workforce planning strategy across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to translate staffing needs into recruiting and succession plans, balancing current demand with future capability.

Responsibilities include overseeing full-cycle recruitment, developing sourcing strategies, maintaining candidate experience, and delivering recruiting analytics and budget oversight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or workforce planning.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and recruiting technologies.
• Experience leading or supervising recruiting functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for positions organization-wide.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, networks, referrals, and partners.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, leadership, and fit.
• Guide interview processes and documentation.
• Partner with Compensation on offers to maintain internal equity.
• Analyze workforce trends and advise on staffing and succession.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and budget management.
