• Hands‑on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization efforts.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, and security for HR systems.
• Proven project, program, and change management skills across enterprise initiatives.
• Strong cross‑functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, and vendors.
• Deep understanding of core HR processes like org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle events.

• Set and govern the multi‑year People tech strategy, roadmap, and investments.
• Lead governance for HR systems, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners with cross‑functional teams.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise tech discussions on data, AI, and security.
• Build and lead the HR systems and analytics team with focus on equity and development.
• Own technology intake, prioritization, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Act as process owner for internal controls and ensure audit readiness.
