Blink Health is seeking a senior leader for Global People Operations Scaling to architect, automate, and scale People Ops across US and India. You will design end-to-end infrastructure, define SOPs, and partner with engineering to deploy AI-enabled solutions, guiding onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.

• 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR technology, or related operational function.
• Proven experience designing and implementing operational infrastructure at scale.
• Hands-on experience writing BRDs and translating HR process requirements into technical specs.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday — configuration, workflow design, and integration.
• Experience with AI and automation tools in HR — Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
• Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, and Slack for ops and project management.
• Exceptional PM skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication skills with engineers and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end design of People Ops infrastructure and automation initiatives.
• Maintain roadmaps, milestones, and status communications across workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional design reviews with IT, HR, and engineering to align decisions.
• Translate operational concepts into executive-ready presentations.
• Identify risks and blockers and propose solutions.
• Partner with engineering to implement AI-enabled workflows and integrations.
• Define and document SOPs, process maps, and architecture for scalable People Ops.
• Drive efficient coordination across US and India operations.
