Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a senior Global People Operations Scaling Lead — AI & Automation to architect scalable HR operations across US and India. You will design, automate, and govern end-to-end People Ops processes, partnering with engineering, systems, and vendors to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

You will own BRDs, Workday configurations, and SOP documentation while guiding AI-driven automation initiatives that improve payroll, onboarding, and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations, HR tech, or related ops with ownership of process design and systems implementation.
• Experience designing infrastructure at scale—SOPs, workflow diagrams, cross‑functional maps.
• BRDs writing and translating HR requirements into technical specs for eng/vendor teams.
• Strong Workday knowledge: configuration, workflows, integrations.
• Familiar with AI/automation tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for HR/ops use cases.
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Slack for operations and PM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end governance of People Ops infrastructure and automation initiatives.
• Develop clear project plans, milestones, and status updates across workstreams.
• Lead design reviews with HR, IT, and engineering to drive decisions.
• Translate complex processes into executive‑ready communications.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and propose solutions.
