Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a senior leader for Patient Services Operations to evolve workforce strategy, build scalable workforce management, and drive performance across contact center and pharmacy operations. The role partners with Operations, Product & Engineering, Data, Finance, and HR to implement initiatives that improve efficiency and patient experiences.

The ideal candidate has 8-12+ years in operational strategy for blended workforces, with strong analytics, leadership, and execution

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in operational strategy for blended in-house and outsourced workforce in high-growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Blink's workforce strategy and staffing structures across Patient Services Operations; balance cost, quality, scalability, and patient experience.
• Lead forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, intraday management, and resource optimization across contact center and pharmacy operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, workforce efficiency, and organizational effectiveness; implement sustainable solutions.
• Design and lead Blink's command center capability with real-time monitoring and incident management.
• Partner with outsourced providers to establish workforce planning standards and performance expectations.
