Blink Health seeks a Sr. Manager, Operational Excellence (Patient Support) to lead strategic ops initiatives and drive process improvements.

You will partner with Patient Services, Product, Engineering and Data teams to achieve higher CSAT and efficiency while building scalable processes for a fast-growing healthcare tech company. You will oversee analytics, dashboards, and cross-functional programs, using Lean/Six Sigma principles and AI-enhanced workflows to ensure reliability and excellent

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or process improvement in a high-growth company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in contact centers or customer operations preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic planning with Sr. Director to align operations with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Lead a portfolio of initiatives across Patient Services, Product & Engineering, Data, and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver process-improvement projects to drive efficiency and improve CSAT and Average Handle Time.
• Improve contact rate by addressing root causes and reducing patient contacts.
• Develop and implement comprehensive solutions across people, process, and technology.
• Create, monitor, and refine dashboards; run queries and Excel analyses with the Data team.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence using Lean/Six Sigma and thorough documentation.
