Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own LOA and Accommodations end-to-end. You’ll partner with HRBPs, legal, managers, and employees to ensure compliant, compassionate handling of cases. The role expands into payroll, compliance, systems, onboarding/offboarding to meet business needs.

Bring 7+ years in People Ops, deep LOA/ADA knowledge, and a builder’s mindset to design scalable infrastructure and governance across the workforce.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations with LOA/accommodations ownership
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, PDL, PFL)
• Experience handling high-volume leave cases with discretion and empathy
• Strong written/verbal communication translating compliance to employees

Responsabilités

• Own Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs end-to-end
• Partner with HRBPs, legal, managers, and employees to ensure compliance
• Collaborate on payroll, compliance, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding
• Develop scalable processes and documentation for LOA/ADA
