CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead the project controls function for a large, complex portfolio across municipal, industrial, and federal clients. You will standardize governance, platforms, analytics, and talent to deliver projects safely, profitably and predictably.

This enterprise role drives digital transformation, modernizing controls platforms, workflows, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled forecasting in partnership with Digital Delivery and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience expected.
• PMP or PgM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance.
• Establish controls for design-build, CMAR, and other delivery models across portfolios.
• Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and earned value management.
