CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead enterprise project controls across a large portfolio of municipal, industrial, and federal design-build projects. You will define governance, standards, and strategies to deliver projects safely, profitably, and predictably.

The role requires deep leadership in integrated delivery, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration with pursuit, delivery, finance, legal, and IT teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
15+ years of related experience preferred.
PMP or PgM certification required.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance.
Establish controls for design-build and other delivery models.
Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and change management.
