Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance across regions.
• Establish controls for design-build, CMAR, and integrated delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and change management processes.
• Develop dashboards and actionable insights for margin, backlog, cash flow, and risk.
• Lead modernization of platforms, workflows, and reporting; promote automation and AI-enabled forecasting.
• Set standards for document controls and data quality across projects.
• Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to improve predictability and client outcomes.
• Lead talent development for schedulers, cost controllers, and document control professionals.
