Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries in Houston seeks a Consultant, ERLR Excellence to support an assigned function and partner with the ERLR Director to standardize, maintain, and improve employee and labor relations processes, tools, training, and resources.

This role will triage non-hotline employee complaints, document cases, and collaborate with HR, Legal, and business leaders to strengthen ERLR practices and drive excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR, Employee Relations, or related HR experience.
• Experience providing ERLR guidance and workplace investigations preferred.
• Experience triaging employee complaints and documenting case activity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ERLR support to an assigned function with leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Develop and improve triage for non-hotline employee complaints; ensure proper intake and case management.
• Standardize ERLR processes, tools, templates, and resources for consistency.
• Develop ERLR training materials and playbooks with the ERLR team.
• Support investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, and resolution guidance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify ERLR workflows and implement practical solutions.
• Review ERLR data to identify trends and training needs; support rollout of processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and site leadership to embed ERLR guidance into decisions.
