Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, anti-harassment, discrimination and retaliation requirements.
• Strong understanding of employee discipline, performance management, and separation processes.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to influence and build productive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach an Employee Relations team on case management, investigations, and issue resolution.
• Assign and monitor cases to ensure timely completion and policy compliance.
• Partner with Workforce Services and project leadership to implement early intervention programs.
• Promote consistent application of policies and ER practices across the site.
• Support collection and analysis of ER metrics to drive improvements.
• Escalate and manage complex investigations with impartial, compliant handling.
• Guide disciplinary actions, performance concerns, and separations.
