Qualifications

• 4+ years in program management or related field.
• Experience delivering end-to-end programs with risk mitigation.
• Able to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects within the People organization from concept to delivery.
• Maintain program schedules, briefs, trackers and risk registers.
• Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform operational decisions.
• Translate data into actionable project plans and gain stakeholder alignment.
• Communicate across teams to drive program outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
