Job summary

GreenState Credit Union seeks a Leadership & Org Development Manager to own the enterprise leadership development ecosystem. You will define strategy, design frameworks, and drive leadership readiness across all levels, partnering with executives and HR to align with business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Leadership, Business, Psychology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
7+ years in leadership/organization development, talent development, or related discipline.
Experience designing leadership strategies, frameworks, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise leadership development strategy and framework.
Lead succession readiness, leadership pathways, and talent planning across levels.
Partner with executives to align development with business priorities.
Design leadership resources, playbooks, and assessments for scalable impact.
Monitor leadership effectiveness and workforce capability metrics.
