Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in learning and development or instructional design, with 3–5 years of related experience and strong written/interpersonal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, learning technologies, or instructional design preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in training and development or instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Develops course content to deliver information to employees.
• Works with SMEs to identify content suitable for electronic courses.
• Designs course components and outlines based on needs assessments.
• Develops and maintains procedures documentation for online courses.
• Acts as LMS administrator and maintains content on the Learning Management System.
• Monitors and refreshes content to keep employees engaged.
