Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a senior leader to design and deliver scalable leadership development experiences for people managers, senior managers, and Directors. You will blend instructional design with facilitation, program ownership, and vendor partnerships to scale across the organization.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Management & Leadership Development, you will build learning journeys, prototype content, and ensure high-quality learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of Leadership Development, L&D, or related HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Demonstrated design & delivery of leadership development programs.
• Strong facilitation experience with virtual and in-person formats.
• Proven program ownership, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Experience supporting talent management activities (assessments, reviews, succession).
• Experience partnering with external leadership development vendors and learning partners.
• Ability to create facilitator guides, materials, tools, and reinforcement resources.

Responsibilities

• Design leadership development strategies for people leaders and senior technical roles.
• Develop and deliver scalable leadership experiences across formats (virtual, in-person, blended).
• Maintain roadmap, calendar, logistics, and follow-through for priority programs.
• Coordinate vendors, contracts, materials, and evaluation activities.
• Provide manager enablement resources and talent process support.
• Summarize talent insights to inform priorities and enablement needs.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and learning partners.
