Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 6–10+ years in executive compensation or total rewards within a public technology company.

Experience using executive compensation surveys and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted advisor to Total Rewards leadership, HR Business Partners, and senior executives on executive compensation matters.
Translate business strategy and talent priorities into data-driven analyses, benchmarking, and governance-aligned recommendations.
Model scenarios for base pay, incentives, long-term incentives, and total direct compensation; prepare executive-ready insights for leadership.
