Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Talent Development & People Programs Manager to lead leadership development, performance management, career development, and team effectiveness initiatives. The role partners with senior leaders to translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions and to drive measurable outcomes.

You will shape Rowan's multi-year development strategy, design programs, and administer 360 feedback and calibration processes while collaborating with HR,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership development, organizational development, or talent management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience designing, developing, and facilitating blended leadership development programs.
• Experience owning or significantly managing a performance management cycle including calibration and framework improvements.
• Certification in at least one behavioral assessment tool with debriefing experience (e.g., DiSC, Hogan, 5 Behaviors).

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development solutions across levels.
• Lead the performance management framework design and ongoing evolution.
• Own and evolve Rowan's career development strategy and framework.
• Serve as an internal team development consultant and diagnose challenges to drive improvement.
• Administer and debrief team and leader assessment tools to generate behavior change.
• Design new leader assimilation processes and train HR partners.
