Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Specialist to manage and continuously improve enterprise frontline leadership programs that strengthen leader capability and align with business priorities. This role leads end-to-end program execution and delivers engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences across regions.

You will partner with the Talent Development team, HR partners, regional stakeholders, internal experts, and external vendors to deliver scalable programs with measurable

Qualifications

5+ years in leadership development or related field.
Experience facilitating virtual and in-person learning for leaders.
Experience working across functions, regions, cultures, and time zones.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of leadership development programs.
Coordinate regional train-the-trainer sessions.
Create governance, updates, and escalation paths for programs.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to meet scope and quality.
Facilitate engaging workshops and learner-focused activities.
Build inclusive learning environments and adapt to audiences.
