Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice.
• Three years of patient care and management or related health care delivery experience.
• Residency certificate or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage implementation and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs including Stars, HEDIS and related initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to advance medication safety and affordability.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and CMS regulations and client contracts.
• Provide routine reporting and analysis of clinical activities and quality measures.
• Mentor and develop clinical and non-clinical staff and manage performance.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Directors and senior leaders to optimize medication use and costs.
