Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Services leader to manage a team of clinical pharmacists and oversee program development across pharmacy, medical, and specialty medications. You will drive safety, quality, and affordability initiatives while guiding cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree and licensure in practice state.
• 3+ years in patient care with management or business experience in managed care.
• Licensure as a pharmacist in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical pharmacy program development, implementation and maintenance.
• Coordinate across departments and external vendors; ensure service levels and compliance.
• Provide routine reporting and QA for clinical programs.
• Mentor and develop clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Directors and leadership to optimize medication use and costs.
