Qualifications

• 8 years clinical laboratory services experience and 3 years supervisory experience.
• ASCP AMER SOC CLIN PATH or appropriate clinical laboratory certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and compliance of Clinical Laboratory Service Line.
• Assist with meeting clinical and administrative goals.
• Manage budgets for Clinical Laboratory Services.
• Evaluate staff productivity and provide mentorship.
• Manage clinical activities and staffing.
