Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as Medical Technologist/CLS LIA with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Licensed as MT (ASCP) or MLS/HT/Histotech/Cytotechnologist upon hire per CLIA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily laboratory operations and supervise staff to meet performance goals.
• Develop and implement quality control programs and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with CAP, AABB, TJC, and state/federal regulations.
• Mentor staff, manage workload, and foster teamwork and professional development.
• Oversee training and performance evaluations; address personnel issues.
