• Master's degree required.
• 10+ years of laboratory experience with at least 5 years of progressive Laboratory leadership experience.
• Strong experience in laboratory management including personnel management, operations, clinical services, business development, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop laboratory services strategy that supports and meets corporate strategy, objectives and internal/external customer expectations.
• Review and provide input on hospital annual laboratory budgets and plans.
• Evaluate laboratory technology and promote fiscal and clinical standardization across the health system.
• Promote standardization of laboratory ordering and usage, develop order sets, protocols and guidance to ensure safe testing results.
