Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Executive Partner & Strategic Advisor to drive people strategy across our high-growth product and engineering teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design to accelerate growth and competitive advantage.

You will lead and develop a team of ES/HR professionals, collaborate across CoEs, and translate business needs into actionable people initiatives powered by data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR/ES business partner experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree in HR, OD, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
