Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Lead, Workforce Intelligence to drive enterprise-level workforce insights and strategic storytelling for senior stakeholders. You will partner with the ES COO and Chief People Officer to shape how the enterprise uses workforce data and to deliver board-level reporting and QBRs.

You will lead cross-functional analytics efforts, manage executive requests with a clear narrative, and guide AI-enabled tooling to accelerate analyses while ensuring accuracy and alignment

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or management consulting.
• Proven experience presenting to senior executives or boards.
• Strong consulting skills to translate priorities into an analytics roadmap.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Hands-on experience with advanced analytics; ML methods a plus.
• Master's degree preferred but not required given equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Insight Leadership: Own the delivery of board decks, QBRs, and ad hoc reporting for executive leadership.
• Proactive Insight Generation: Identify and surface proactive, forward-looking insights for the ES Leadership Team.
• Executive Partnership: Advise the ES COO and Chief People Officer, translating priorities into an analytics agenda.
• Cross-Functional Consulting: Collaborate with HR Business Partner and enterprise teams to align analyses with business needs.
• Evidence-Based Storytelling: Synthesize data, business context, and benchmarks into compelling narratives.
• Technical Oversight: Guide data pulls, modeling, and visualization ensuring accuracy for executive consumption.
• Stakeholder & Priority Management: Manage senior stakeholders, balancing board cadence with urgent requests.
• Team & Practice Leadership: Mature workforce intelligence enterprise reporting templates and standards.
• AI Tooling & Innovation: Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting workflows.
