Job summary

Legends Global is hiring a steward/dishwasher for on-site duties at our Honolulu, HI location. You will maintain clean kitchen and stewarding areas, operate commercial dishwashers, assist with loading supplies, and help with banquet setups as needed.

The role requires ability to lift 25 pounds, flexible hours, and a focus on safety, sanitation, and teamwork within a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in lead, trainer, or similar capacity preferred.
• Ability to operate dishwashing and stewarding equipment safely.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and stewarding areas.
• Operate dishwashing machines and related equipment safely.
• Assist with loading/unloading and transporting supplies.
• Set up banquet tables and front-of-house as requested.
• Monitor inventory of small wares and cleaning supplies.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards.
