Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time food and beverage sanitation associate to uphold high cleanliness standards in the event environment. You will stage plates, assist in setup and breakdown, and support FOH before events at active venues.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, follow chef directions, and maintain a sanitary work area across kitchens, walkways, and banquet storage.

Qualifications

• Able to follow directions from kitchen leadership.
• Demonstrates ability to work well in fast-paced settings.
• Capable of independent work or collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

• Stage plates and setup breakdown area before and after events.
• Assist FOH prior to events as needed.
• Wash dishes by hand or in racks for the dishwasher.
• Clean pots, pans, trays, tables, walls, ranges and refrigerators.
• Keep floors and walls clean and dry; sweep and mop as needed.
• Segregate and remove trash to designated containers.
• Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Maintain banquet storage order and keep china, glass, and silver in place.
• Assist in plating up for events.
• Maintain sanitary and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
