Job summary

Legends Global at the Hawai‘i Convention Center in Honolulu is seeking a Stewarding/Kitchen Attendant. You will maintain clean, sanitary work areas, wash dishes and equipment, and assist with banquet setups and front-of-house tasks to ensure smooth events.

Candidate should be able to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Benefits and competitive hourly pay offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in lead, trainer, or similar capacity is desirable.
• Working knowledge of commercial kitchen sanitation and safe chemical handling.
• Ability to operate dishwashing and stewarding equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
• Must be able to work standing for long periods and lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly kitchen and warewashing areas.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment.
• Operate commercial dishwashing machines and stewarding equipment safely.
• Assist with sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Assist with inventory, storage organization, and replenishment as directed.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house needs as requested.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.
