Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a dishwasher to support high-volume event operations on site. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing dishware and kitchen areas, and assisting Food & Beverage service as needed.

The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Bilingual skills are a plus, with a commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, wash, sanitize, and properly store all china, flatware, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Ensure dirty small wares are collected and returned to the dish area; organize clean wares in storage.
• Maintain kitchen and small wares storage areas in an organized fashion.
• Clean and organize all food prep areas daily.
• Monitor floors for slip hazards and keep floors clean and dry.
• Provide assistance to Front of House as needed due to event volume.
• Set up breakdown stations for events; organize plates, lids, and transport hot boxes.
• Provide bussing and cleanup support for Food & Beverage services as needed.
• Disposal of trash; meet uniform and appearance standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
