Qualifications

Formal training or certification in site reliability concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.

Ability to set team practices for safe AI usage in operations while maintaining resiliency and security.

Responsibilities

Creates and delivers high-quality designs, roadmaps, and program charters with the engineering team.
Mentors technologists and acts as a culture carrier for SRE adoption.
Collaborates to implement observability and reliability designs for complex systems to minimize toil.
Leads AI-assisted reliability workflows across SDLC/tooling and ensures traceability and security.
