Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on site reliability concepts.
• Advanced understanding of site reliability culture and principles.
• Experience with observability, SLOs, alerting, and telemetry.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to set safe AI usage practices in operations.
• Deep knowledge of software applications and technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Creates and delivers high quality designs, roadmaps, and program charters alongside the engineering team.
• Acts as a key resource and mentor for technologists, championing site reliability culture.
• Collaborates to implement observability and reliability designs for complex systems.
• Uses enterprise-approved AI capabilities to accelerate reliability design and operational decisioning.
• Drives evolution and debugging of critical components by understanding dependencies.
• Provides guidance, tools, and solutions to support the firm's growth.
• Contributes to JPMorganChase's site reliability community via internal forums and guilds.
• Leads reuse-first AI-assisted reliability workflows across SDLC/toolchain practices.
